How You Contribute to Pinnacle Transplant’s Success
You are the first caretaker of PTT’s generous donors. You have ownership of the receiving, documenting, checking-in, storage, and monitoring received through shipment. Your detail orientation to this process is paramount to the efficiency and quality of donor processing, which creates life-changing treatments for ailments ranging from spinal disc degeneration to wound care.
What You Will Do
- Receive all donors received through shipping, checking for good condition, and matching packing slips.
- Check-in donors, checking and documenting temperatures, and reorganizing freezers for capacity.
- Perform monthly inventory counts for all tissue.
- Report discrepancies or issues to your leadership and Donor Services department via email, phone and/or face-to-face communication
- Other duties as assigned.
How You Will Grow
- Cross train into other departments such as warehouse, boxing/kitting
- Become independent into tracking and uploading all necessary documents to Donor Services
- Tracking what was checked into DMS versus intake paperwork
- Tracking errors across team and company for monthly reporting
- Continuous improvement of the work, standard operating procedures, etc.
- Learn and takeover Dermis shipment process and pushing product to GP for shipment
Who You Will Partner With
- Your Supervisor. You will have daily verbal and written communication with your Supervisor and/or Operations Leadership to ensure daily goals are understood and executed with speed and quality.
- Your Team. Regularly work in independent and team settings maintaining professional communication with all PTT team members.
What Qualifications You Will Bring
- High School diploma or GED
- Ability to work within Microsoft Office and other internal systems
What Qualifications Would be Additionally Helpful
- Communication and organizational skills
- Experience working under FDA regulatory compliance, HIPAA, cGMP, and/or cGTP requirements
Where You Will Work
You will work mostly in a warehouse environment in a manufacturing facility in North Phoenix, using computer and general office equipment. Your work requires bending, reaching, climbing ladders, and lifting containers weight up to 50 pounds.Benefits/Total Rewards
