Position Summary:


  • Accountable to all primary implementational client contacts for the execution of services on time and with quality
  • Responsible to implementational client contacts to address issues, questions, concerns, and escalations 
  • Leads the implementations of all components of a key mid-level relationship engagement for daily implementational relationship engagement for one or more clients
  • Manages the implementation of solutions for projects. 
  • Participates in the discussion of the client’s critical strategic and operational AGDATA roadmaps. 
  • Consults SME participation to produce universal understanding of complex situations or information good verbal and written communications skills, able to simplify complex information with assistance for increased universal understanding with frequent SME participation.  
  • Administers chosen solutions and impacts of solutions within the client relationship.  
  • Proactively partners with sales, success, and technical orgs to ensure client satisfaction to a green customer health status and manage coordinates lesser ratings back to green following the prescribed process.  
  • Creates and manages the calendar for regular meeting preparation, meetings, and executive updates. 
  • Plans, organizes, and contributes, with regular direction from a manager, all preparation and execution for significant client meetings
  • Supports and manages the pre-work timeline for customer presentations
  • Organizes call agendas which includes follow-up with functional leads to ensure call preparedness, harvesting agenda items for customer calls, and facilitating those calls.   • Can work independently while seeking input from primary manager and team members as needed to validate administer operational excellence. 

Basic Qualifications


  • 2-4 years industry experience in client servicing for mid- to large size organizations at multiple levels (incl executive) in a professional services or technology environment 
  • Mid-level Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Teams (internal and client) 
  • Have a high level of demonstrable experience with understanding complex data relationships and interactions 
  • Have experience with enterprise solutions and relationships with ability to migrate solutions from one platform to another 
  • Can demonstrate ability in teaming with technology product owners on the design and integration of capabilities that support the client’s engagement 
  • Are familiar with an Agile discipline, optimally Jira and Confluence, to support the development and trouble-shooting processes 
  • Has the ability to set and manage customer expectations, holding both internal and external constituencies accountable for delivering desired outcomes   
  • Has analytical and problem-solving skills, and experience applying these skills to resolve customer business issues
  • Has the ability to develop internal and external stakeholder networks and build relationships necessary to deliver against plans and projects  
  • Proven success with:

  • Meeting financial, customer health, and project completion goals 
  • Working with complex data relationships and interactions 
  • Adaptive learner on technical tools and processes 
  • Manages conflict to achieve positive outcomes with internal or external relationships 
  • Recognizes that relationship building extends beyond the operational engagement 
  • Comfortable juggling multiple priorities 
  • Excellent listening skills 
  • Excellent verbal communicator and composes written communications and presentations with minimal guidance.  

Additional Qualifications and Skills


  • Prefer Bachelor level degree or higher 
  • Project management certification is a plus
  •  Experience in agriculture or animal health highly desirable 

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions: 

  • Able to focus on a computer 7-9 hours a day. 
  • Able to converse for several hours in meeting conferences or via phone.  
  • Ability to focus on data sets for extended periods of time. 
  • Willing to journey to client location(s), and to Charlotte, NC if remote, as requested but typically 3-7 times per year. 
  • Initial training will be held whenever possible in Charlotte, NC 
  • Remote, hybrid, onsite presence all acceptable. If not onsite, the EM should have: 
  • High speed internet and phone connections 
  • Dedicated office space free from outside disruption that will accommodate multiple computer monitors and audio.  
  • Willingness to be on camera for meetings.
