Position Overview
The Manager, Product Screen and Promotions Planning is responsible for developing and supporting the execution of product screens and promotional strategies to meet the company's business goals. This includes evaluating new opportunities, implementing promotional plans, analyzing market trends, and ensuring products are competitive and meet customer needs.
Essential job functions:
Develop product screen and promotional strategies to align with the company's overall business goals and key partnerships.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to execute effective product screens and promotions.
Define target tire product mix by channel, tier, brand, and size.
Identify and evaluate new product opportunities through market research and analysis.
Prepare for key promotional events like Summer Savings, Prime Day, and Holiday/BFCM.
Work with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and finance, to align product strategies with business objectives.
Partner with inventory planning and finance teams to support forecasting activities.
Analyze market trends and customer data to identify opportunities for product innovation.
Support and manage a team of product screen and promotion planning professionals.

Qualifications
Minimum Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent professional experience (Master’s degree is a plus).
5+ years of experience in the tire or automotive industry, with a focus on e-commerce in B2B and DTC environments.
Proven leadership skills and experience in team management.
Strong understanding of business data and analytics, with the ability to analyze large datasets.
Proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Excel, data visualization tools (e.g., PowerBI), and automation tools (e.g., Matillion).
Experience managing multiple projects across various business segments.
Experience with cost negotiations and understanding cost/volume trade-offs.

Excellent communication skills for leading cross-functional project teams.
Creative, driven, and self-motivated with strong strategic leadership abilities.
Proven problem-solving skills with a track record of driving business results through strategic initiatives.
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills to facilitate internal and external strategic discussions.
Interest in the tire industry and/or multi-channel e-commerce, with a focus on business growth through insights.
Working Conditions and Physical Effort
Ability to sit for long periods of time.
Talking through the computer for many meetings and one-to-one conversations
Continuous viewing of a computer monitor and data entry.
Travel as necessary (<10%).
