About the role:
We're seeking an innovative Sr. Product Manager for Integrations with experience in partner integrations and external APIs, who can manage multi-team development and operational delivery of a portfolio of technical-heavy projects. You will help to define and drive the end-to-end strategy for integration initiatives, and will assess customer requirements, work with engineering and design teams, and leverage feedback from Sales and Marketing to create integration solutions that elevate our credential security offering.
This role requires a strategic mindset, as well as tactical execution skills, to navigate the complexities of API development and third-party collaborations.By tackling these complex product and technical challenges, you will ensure that our offerings remain cutting-edge and exceed customer expectations for simplicity and security.Strong candidates will boast a proven track record in building and delivering impactful enterprise IT/Security software products, having executed these strategies in a fast-paced business environment.
Location:
You will be based in Lisbon, with English as your working language. We offer a hybrid work arrangement, with Tuesday being the company day, where we all collaborate in the office and have a company-sponsored meal, a department day for team bonding, and a third day at your choice. We offer relocation support (national and international).
At Dashlane you will:
- Become an expert in Dashlane’s core products and integrations, understanding the technical capabilities and market needs.
- Collaborate across departments to ensure our integrations are seamless, efficient, and provide significant value to our customers
- Create and execute against a product integrations strategy and roadmap, coordinating release schedules across multiple teams to align with strategic business objectives.
- Engage with customers and partners to gather feedback, assess integration needs, and translate those insights into customer requirements and actionable plans.
- Work with engineering and design teams, and leverage feedback from Sales and Marketing to deploy and manage integration solutions
- Identify gaps in existing integration offering and develop solutions to enhance product functionality and user experience.
- Build strong partnerships with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Experience teams to define and prioritize integration requirements and timelines.
- Implement metrics and KPIs to measure the performance of integrations, defining success and improvement strategies based on data analysis and customer feedback.
- Lead the planning, execution, and launch of new integrations, ensuring all cross-functional teams are informed, aligned, and supportive throughout the process.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing to develop and execute effective strategies for communicating integration features and benefits to prospects and customers.
Requirements:
- Have a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Are a creative, passionate and experienced Product Manager with 5+ years of experience, and a demonstrated track record of delivering exceptional product experiences
- Have a strong understanding of APIs, third-party integrations, and software development lifecycle
- Possess experience in B2B environments, ideally within Cybersecurity space
- Have an entrepreneurial, goal-driven mindset, and are comfortable in an agile environment
- Learn by doing, love tackling as-of-yet unsolved problems, and take an analytical approach to arriving at the best solution
- Demonstrate strong organizational management skills, particularly in leading cross-functional initiatives
- Have at least a year of experience working with cybersecurity principles, and an understanding of the broader Identity and Access Management landscape.
- Have excellent communication skills, and can act as a bridge between product, engineering, design, marketing, sales and customer experience
- Fluent in both written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to a wide range of audiences, from Engineering to Sales to Executive Leadership.
