At RWC Group, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service and high-quality trucks to our customers. We’re looking for a dedicated Lot Attendant / Porter to help maintain our dealership’s lot and ensure a positive experience for our customers.
Job Summary:
As our Lot Attendant, you will be responsible for managing the appearance and organization of our dealership sales lot. Your role is crucial in providing a welcoming environment for customers and ensuring that our inventory is presented in the best possible way.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dealership lot, including washing and detailing trucks as needed.
- Assist in the arrangement and display of vehicles to maximize visibility and appeal.
- Remove snow from and between vehicles using shovels, snow broom and snowblower.
- Keep sidewalks and entryway clear of snow and ice.
- Ensure all trucks are properly fueled and ready for customer test drives.
- Conduct regular inspections of the lot to ensure safety and compliance with dealership standards.
- Assist sales staff with vehicle retrieval for customers and maintain accurate lot records.
- Perform minor maintenance tasks, such as jump-starting trucks, plugging in block engine block heaters, installing battery trickle chargers, checking tire pressure, and fluid levels.
- Help manage the flow of inventory, including inspection, check-in and check-out of vehicles.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers and assisting them with inquiries.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to drive manual and automatic vehicles.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Previous experience in a dealership or automotive environment is a plus but not required.

- High exposure to weather and temperature extremes for extended periods, cramped spaces, loud noises, chemicals and fumes, dust, heights or work safety hazards

Monday - Friday, Between 8 am and 5 pm, Very Flexible Days/Times20 - 25 Hours Per Week 20 To 22 (USD) Hourly
