General Summary of Position:


The Sales & Marketing Analyst will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our sales and marketing efforts. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills who can translate data into actionable insights. The Analyst will be responsible for monitoring sales performance, analyzing market trends, and providing data-driven recommendations to optimize marketing campaigns and sales strategies.  The Analyst will focus on continuously driving business process improvements by leveraging CRM metrics and tools to optimize performance and efficiency.

Essential Duties


  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales performance.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to the sales team to improve conversion rates and drive revenue growth
  • Lead training sessions for new hires and current staff on CRM systems and processes, emphasizing best practices for maintaining data integrity.
  • Proactively identify and implement opportunities to enhance efficiency and streamline workflows within the CRM system.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, email, etc.).
  • Generate reports on sales contests, campaign performance, including ROI, customer acquisition costs, and other relevant metrics.
  • Analyze market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
  • Analyze customer behavior and preferences to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and ensure data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance and operations, to support business objectives.
  • Prepare and present regular reports to senior management, highlighting key findings and strategic recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date databases for sales and marketing performance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business administration, statistics or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in sales analysis, marketing analysis, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, or similar.
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing metrics and best practices.
  • Master’s degree in a relevant field. (Preferred)
  • Experience in the Construction industry. (Preferred)
  • Familiarity with advanced statistical analysis and data modeling techniques. (Preferred)
