The Test Delivery Services Information Coordinator (TDS IC) is responsible for gathering and centralizing accurate information for the Test Delivery Services department. The primary focus of this role is to ensure the department maintains a reliable source of truth regarding procedures, expectations, and documentation. The TDS IC will work closely with subject matter experts and other stakeholders to ensure all knowledge hubs are accurate and up-to-date.

Essential Functions:
- Develop and maintain a centralized knowledge base for both internal and external customers.
- Create clear, concise, and up-to-date guidelines and instructions for departmental expectations.
- Analyze feedback from operations, other departments, and external audiences to identify areas for improvement.
- Identify and curate content for knowledge retention initiatives.
- Manage the TDS department’s SharePoint site and its content.
- Oversee the progress of the TDS department’s SMART goals.
Qualifications:Education:
- High School Diploma required.
- 1-2 years of college experience preferred.
Experience:
- 1+ years of experience in instructional design and/or project management.
- Familiarity with adult learning principles is a plus.
Communication Skills:
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Proven ability to organize and lead efficient and informative meetings.
- Strong writing and editing skills.
Technical Skills:
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft OS and products, with the ability to self-learn and improve when necessary.
- Basic understanding of Salesforce CRM.
