IT Enterprise Architect

Teams at Qualtrics depend on SaaS applications to do their jobs every day. As we’ve grown, so has the number of critical systems and connections between them. Our Enterprise Architect owns the vision for how those systems work together and how we get the most out of them. We’re looking for an experienced architect who can develop that vision and help us realize it.
How You’ll Find Success

Things You’ll Do
- Drive our enterprise-wide technology strategy, architecture, and solutions to support business objectives
- Define and maintain the IT architecture North Star, our vision of the ideal future state
- Design scalable, flexible, and secure architecture solutions to support the integration and interoperability of our critical SaaS systems
- Establish and enforce architectural standards, guidelines, and best practices for the development and implementation of solutions on our SaaS platforms
- Provide guidance and support to development teams to ensure adherence to architectural principles and standards
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in enterprise architecture to drive continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For On Your Resume
- Prior experience as an Enterprise Architect
- 10+ years of relevant experience
- BS degree in IT, IS, Computer Science, or a related field
- Experience with Salesforce, Netsuite, and ServiceNow is a plus
