Our  San Diego - Rancho Bernardo office is looking for a highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work closely with a supportive group of professionals who are committed to delivering exceptional service to our clients. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for managing office operations, providing administrative support, and handling client interactions with professionalism and care. If you're passionate about contributing to a team that values collaboration and excellence, this is the perfect role for you.As an Administrative Assistant, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day operations of our office.

This includes tasks like scheduling appointments, managing office supplies, greeting clients, and assembling tax returns. You will also be expected to provide efficient administrative support to managers and partners while tracking projects to ensure timely completion. WORKING CONDITIONS:


Must be able to operate a variety of machines and equipment including computer, office equipment, telephone, etc. Tasks may require extended periods of time at a keyboard or workstation. Required to occasionally lift, hold, or carry items weighing up to 40 pounds.
