Data Entry Specialist
About this Job
This role seeks an exceptionally organized and detail-oriented individual proficient in handling large datasets with precision and dedication. A natural multitasker, they excel in dynamic, fast-paced environments, adapting quickly to changes. Ideally, they possess a keen awareness of current events that influence energy markets.
Objectives of this Role
- To support our pricing desk and increase efficiency by taking over administrative and data entry tasks
Daily and Monthly Responsibilities
- Digitizing utility invoices by entering paper invoices data into our database
- Assist pricing analyst with daily tasks such as data validation and entry
- Start and track RFP’s utilizing our CRM
- Assisting customer service with data entry
Skills and Qualifications
- Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
- Excellent verbal and written communication skill
- Detail oriented
- Time and data management
- Bachelor Degree is highly encouraged
- Experience in the energy space is a large plus, but not essential
