Loaner/Rental Coordinator

Schedule:
Monday-Friday; 6:30AM-3:30PM or 7:30AM-4:30PM
Pay: $40,000-$75,000/yearly -- Base Salary + Bonuses!
Experience writing and managing Rental Agreements, required

Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire rental fleet and process management
- Properly open and close loaner agreements
- Perform walk around to inspect loaner vehicles as customers leave and return the vehicle
- Maintain inventory of vehicles and agreements
- Collect customer and vehicle information on any auto claims that arise as well as deductibles
- Answer phones and make service appointments
- Greet customers in the drive/desk and direct them to a Service Advisor
- Valet cars as needed
Qualifications
The Right Candidate Will Possess:
- Experience writing and managing Rental Agreements, required
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
- Well organized, efficient and able to multi-task
- An energetic, approachable and naturally hospitable personality, ensuring customer satisfaction and accommodation
- Exceptionally reliable, responsible, honest, and focused on always supporting the team.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Comfortability with technology; able to use smartphone/iPads & various electronic accessories with ease
- A drive and passion for continuous education on various automotive product, services and vehicle features
