POSITION SUMMARY


We seek an experienced, passionate, and resourceful Software Quality Analyst to join our team. In our team, you’ll work with various teams to analyze complex business problems and assist with quality assurance work within our software. EarnIn provides excellent employee benefits, including healthcare, internet/cell phone reimbursement, a learning and development stipend, and potential opportunities to travel to our Palo Alto HQ. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.

WHAT YOU'LL DO


  • Analyze complex business problems and issues
  • Use internal and external data to provide insight
  • Identify and interpret trends in datasets to locate influences and make recommendations
  • Create forecasts and recommendations for strategic and tactical plans
  • Create various reports and analyses based on business needs

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR


  • 3+ years of development experience in the software or quality assurance space 
  • Hands-on experience working with relevant QA technologies 
  • Experience in creating reporting and analyses 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Some knowledge of professional software engineering practices and best practices
