Job Position : QA Engineer (Web & Mobile) - AI-Powered CRM

The Opportunity
We're seeking an experienced QA Engineer to join our dynamic team in Dehradun. In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring the quality, performance, and scalability of our innovative CRM platform across web and mobile applications.
Key Responsibilities
· Design and execute comprehensive test plans for our web (React) and mobile (React Native) applications· Develop and maintain automated test suites using industry-standard tools and frameworks· Perform thorough functional, performance, and scalability testing of our CRM platform· Collaborate with developers to reproduce, isolate, and resolve complex issues· Contribute to the continuous improvement of our QA processes and methodologies· Participate in Agile ceremonies and provide valuable insights to enhance product quality· Monitor and analyze application performance metrics to identify potential bottlenecksStay updated with the latest trends and best practices in QA and test automation
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field· 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance and testing· Strong experience with web and mobile application testing· Proficiency in test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium, Jest, Cypress)· Familiarity with React, React Native, and Python ecosystems· Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, Gatling)· Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and CI/CD practices· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills· Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience in testing CRM systems or similar enterprise applications· Knowledge of AI/ML concepts and their applications in software testing· Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and their testing considerations· Familiar with automation and performance testing or CRM background is mandatory.· ISTQB certification or equivalent
