Here's what you'll be doing!
- The primary focus of this position will be to learn and provide support of desktop and laptop systems, including break/fix service, operating system and application loading, application configurations and user settings, and desktop administrative duties.
- You’ll record, track, and escalate cases through our already established tracking system as well as help keep our documentation up to date and in tip-top shape.
- You’ll get to be part of our team of friendly and knowledgeable people working directly with our clients, both remotely and onsite.
- You will be able to coordinate projects and tasks seamlessly with our Service Delivery team members, as well as with our advanced technical team.
- This internship is based in-office, not remote or work from home.
Requirements
- Basics computer systems knowledge on Windows or Mac Platforms
- Planned career in the IT services industry
- Excellent time management skills
- Impressive verbal, written, and communications skills
- Ability to lift and carry computer components up to 50 pounds
- Familiarity with a Ticketing System is preferred, but not required
- Ability to commute daily to our office in Arlington, VA. This internship is in-office, not work from home.
