We are a fast-growing, technology-first startup doing over $1 billion in GMV annually, and our team stays rooted in a patient-first mentality; we aim to bring all of our patients convenient access to reasonably-priced medications without ever needing to step foot in a pharmacy.Nimble is seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team, focusing on two primary objectives: lead contact sourcing and distribution.

This role will play a critical part in driving our marketing strategy for a key segment, nurturing leads, and ensuring high-impact distribution across multiple channels. If you're passionate about finding new opportunities, managing campaigns, and seeing tangible results in lead generation, this role is for you.

You will:


  • Manage TOFU, MOFU, and BOFU email marketing campaigns to engage and nurture leads
  • Collaborate with sales to refine contact lists for precise targeting across various segments
  • Identify new sources and opportunities for content distribution
  • Lead pre and post-event marketing campaigns
  • Design and distribute whitepapers, including landing pages and lead capture forms
  • Manage Nimble’s presence at conferences and webinars: coordinate speakers, design presentations, and prepare marketing assets
  • Promote speaking sessions through LinkedIn posts, email campaigns, and other marketing channels
  • Create compelling thought leadership content
  • Design email banners, event graphics, and promotional materials

What you bring:


  • 3-4+ years of managing full-cycle marketing campaigns
  • Experience with lead generation and marketing campaigns, preferably in pharmaceutical organizations or healthcare
  • Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Constant Contact, Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
  • Strong project management skills with a focus on deadlines and attention to detail
  • Ability to collaborate across teams, especially with sales and external agencies
  • Creative design skills for email, social media, and event materials
  • Bachelor's degree
