Seeq is searching for a dynamic Field Enablement Manager who will drive the success of our revenue teams by developing and delivering cutting-edge enablement programs. You will be at the heart of our field learning journey, helping to shape the growth of our sales leaders and executives from onboarding through continuous development. In this pivotal role, you’ll collaborate with marketing, product, and revenue teams to create impactful training programs that fuel revenue growth.

You’ll ensure that our GTM (go-to-market) teams have the skills, tools, and content needed to excel at each sales cycle stage. As a data-driven professional, you'll leverage analytics to measure program effectiveness and continuously optimize our approach to field performance. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities 


The Field Enablement Manager is responsible for supporting our Field Enablement Team to drive the effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity of our revenue (sales) organization. Ultimately, support and deliver programs, content, and processes that enable our high-performance field organization.  This role will support our field learning journey for both sales leaders and sales executives, from onboarding to ongoing reinforcement.   In addition, this position will help and support our go-to-market (GTM) functions by developing and executing robust enablement programs that drive revenue growth in alignment with our GTM strategy.

This leader will be responsible for the strategic and operational components of Seeq’s enablement programs, ensuring that the GTM teams have the content and skills to manage relationships at each sales cycle stage.  This role reports directly to our Director of Field Enablement.  

The essential functions include, but are not limited to, the following: 


  • Must be a part of the data-driven enablement team.  Able to learn and leverage data analytics to measure the effectiveness of enablement programs, to help support data-driven decisions to continually improve our programs and overall field performance. 

  • Work closely with marketing, product, revenue, and Field Performance team to support and develop, execute, and optimize the full Field enablement programs, including new hire onboarding and ongoing training. 

  • Develop training content in partnership with marketing, including decks, scripts, battle cards, messaging templates, and collateral for each stage of the buyer/customer journey.  

  • Support proactive, multi-faceted enablement program that includes working with Highspot, Gong, SFDC,  

  • Work closely with our Field Operations team to support the Field Enablement strategy and KPIs.  

  • Support and plan Field Enablement events like QBRs and Sales Kickoffs 

  • Leverage data to continuously monitor the impact of the programs and improve our approaches, techniques, and materials.  

  • Build a trusted relationship with sales and engage regularly to identify where additional resources, collateral, or processes are needed to enable them to drive pipeline acceleration and identify and close more new business opportunities. Additionally, engage with the revenue team and domain experts to enable them to drive customer devotion, product adoption, and excellence and identify and close more upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities.  

  • Create and maintain a library of resources, including playbooks, templates, best practices, and training materials, organized in a centrally accessible location and distributed to the Field teams.  

  • Use performance data to identify employee knowledge or skill gaps in partnership with revenue operations.  

  • Gather feedback between the teams to continuously iterate on the content to support enablement strategy.  

  • Create, manage, and refine an enablement calendar, coordinating various training sessions, workshops, and webinars, and playing an integral role in planning the annual revenue kickoffs.  

Requirements


  • 3-5 years of experience in Sales, Presales, GTM Strategy, Operations, and/or Enablement within SAAS/technology environments. 

  • Proven experience in hands-on field training and/or enablement program delivery. 

  • Ability to design, build and deliver enablement content across Field roles, individual contributors, and support management levels.  

  • Experience with the art and science of selling, activities, and steps required for successful sales execution.  

  • Experience with Enablement tools like Highspot, SFDC and Gong are preferred. 

  • Experienced in a variety of sales methodologies. Field Performance, Challenger, MEDDIC, MEDDPICC  

  • Ability to Build Content, Engage with Field teams, and support measurement to drive Field Performance.   

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills; ability to solicit needs and coalesce coherent strategies that meet the needs of both the company and field teams.  

  • Must have a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
