Our Internship Program Offers the Following and More:
- Collaborate with seasoned professionals on various projects and initiatives.
- Opportunity to work on special projects to learn and get exposure to different areas of the business (philanthropy, marketing, operations, tax planning, MESI, WLRL, and more.)
- Participate in coffee chats with team members across the firm to build your network and gain insights into the different roles.
- Join departmental overviews to understand how each area of business collaborates with each other to fuel our business’s growth.
- Bond with team members through exciting team outings and various committee events.
- Get involved with various community service volunteer events with your team and entire firm, embracing our value of community.
Program Details:
- Priority consideration will be given to candidates who apply by November 29th, 2024.
- Rising seniors are preferred.
- The program will begin on June 23rd, 2024. This is a summer internship opportunity with the potential for extension through the end of the school year, contingent upon mutual interest.
- Availability to work Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week during the summer, and 15 - 20 hours a week during the school year.
- This program is an in-office internship. Our office is located in Belltown.
- This is a temporary, non-exempt/hourly position.

What to expect in the hiring process
1. Values in Action Self-Assessment - at Brighton Jones we don’t just talk about our values, we live by them! We’ve operationalized our values into behaviors and part of the application process includes completing a brief self-assessment on our Values in Action. 2. Initial Interview - this 30-min chat with a recruiter or hiring manager gives us a chance to learn about your background and goals and share more about the role and company.3. Role Alignment - next you’ll meet with the hiring manager and a peer (virtual or in-person) to dive deeper into the role, responsibilities, and your transferrable experiences.4.
Full Loop - you’ll meet the team in two, back-to-back interviews with team members you’re likely to work with. During these conversations, we’ll be listening for examples of your technical skills as well as how core values show up in your experience. There may also be a writing sample, role play, hiring, or technical assessment depending on the position.5. Personal Reference Calls - in this final step in the hiring process, you will be asked to arrange 1-2 personal reference calls with past managers of our choosing.6.
