Through Ollie’s carefully crafted meals and health services for members, dogs can truly live their healthiest, happiest lives.As a member of our growing team, you’ll take part in a company culture that cares deeply about its work and its team members.We are seeking a Fulfillment Center Inventory Control / Quality Assurance Operations Lead:What You’ll Do: Conduct inventory counts and quality audits-  Cycle Counts of frozen, dry, and consumable products  Receive / Put Away Audits Handle Box Audits & End of Line Investigate bad product Ensure holds on product are in place for damages, rejected product, returns, disposition of product, and scan compliance Kitting- Making Welcome Kits for new customers Food Safety Compliance  Train others as necessary  Act as a liaison between the Food Safety Team, Logistics Team, and the Fulfillment Centers Investigate product defects - evaluate packaging quality Determine why a product did not reach the customer in prime condition Who You Are: Have the ability to converse with, and relate to a myriad of different personalities in order to effectively communicate ideas, concerns, and training Must have Mathematical skills and a working understanding of the following computer applications - Google Chrome, G-Mail, Microsoft Office, especially excel Google Sheets, as well as basic WMSWill be trained to complete daily TraceGains reporting Ability to operate a Forklift; will certify if needed May require 10-15% Travel Be able to work in a freezer at -10F as needed Be able to lift 50 lbs Ability to be on feet / walk the warehouse on a consistent basis Be able to operate a forklift and electric pallet jack Be able to handle dry ice with provided PPEWhat You'll Get:  Competitive hourly salary and a stake in the company Sponsored 401k program with employer match up to 4% Comprehensive health coverage including medical, dental and vision Paid parental leave Ollie subscription for one dog Inspiring pack members!What We Value:Keeping Dogs At The HeartOur profound love for dogs unites us and drives and inspires every aspect of our business.
