Job Overview: 


The Financial Analyst will be a key member of the Finance Team and report to the Director of FP&A. You will be responsible for tracking, analyzing, and reporting on multiple parts of our growing business. We are looking for someone who is a highly motivated teammate, has excellent analytical skills, a creative and problem-solving mindset, and the ability to clearly communicate and present key findings to business leaders.

Some responsibilities include:


  • Partnering with Finance, IT, and Facilities on planning and forecasting, reporting, and decision support analysis.
  • Reviewing and reconciling monthly close results and ensuring accurate and timely creation of executive & BOD reporting.
  • Conducting regular business review meetings to share results, gather feedback and provide insight to assist business decisions.
  • Working with accounting to create more efficient and scalable operating procedures.

You might be a good fit if:


  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 2+ years of experience
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel
  • Aptitude for quickly becoming proficient with financial systems (Netsuite, Anaplan, Hyperion, Host Analytics etc)
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with the ability to quickly grasp and apply concepts
  • Understanding of how to read and interpret financial statements
  • Ability to perform in a highly demanding and unstructured environment while consistently adhering to deadlines
  • Strong decision-making skills with the ability to consider understand cross-functional implications
  • Articulate communicator with excellent verbal and written skills
  • Must be capable of building strong relationships with colleagues, especially within the Finance & Accounting departments

The base salary range for this role is $70,000-$77,000 with a 5% Bonus. Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications.
