Our People team is responsible for supporting Relativity’s best-in-class team, as well as strategically managing our hiring pipelines to help us find the very best to join our company. About the Role:
As a Sr Compensation Business Partner, you will report into the Manager of Compensation and serve as a key strategic thought leader on the People Team. You will play a crucial role in proactively creating and implementing compensation strategies designed to attract and retain top talent.
- Partner with the people team and business leaders to develop and implement creative compensation strategies that align with company goals, driving swift action and key results.
- Be a trusted advisor, offering guidance on compensation-related matters to ensure both internal fairness and external competitiveness, collaborating with recruitment teams, people managers, and People Business Partners.
- Assess job frameworks specific to each function and refine them to better support hiring processes, career development, and performance management, including new job creation.
- Develop a network of Compensation professionals for ongoing knowledge of pay practices and shifting trends. Proactively apply these trends to compensation solutions based on business needs.
- Serve as the key point of contact for day-to-day compensation support including advising on internal & external offers, key retention & hiring strategies, etc.
- Assist in managing compensation cycles, participating in compensation surveys, benchmarking salary ranges, and leading projects to improve our compensation practices.
About You:
- 8+ professional experience in a related field; 5+ years of compensation related experience.
- Experience in a fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities.
- Broad compensation experience across cost modeling, job architecture, compensation transition recommendations, cycle management, equity structure design, and comp program support.
- Experience partnering with business leaders & cross functional people teams to implement creative strategic solutions.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and drive insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with proven ability to use data to influence decision making.
Nice to haves but not required:
- Experience in Aerospace or Tech.
- Experience in start up environments.
