JOB TITLE:

Program Manager 1

LOCATION: Remote US


HOURLY: Less than 30 hrs/weekPROJECT LENGTH: 3-6 MONTHS


THE ROLE:


Splice is seeking a key addition to our product organization, a role that offers a unique opportunity to make an immediate and significant impact. You will be overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of the product, shaping its future and driving its success.We are seeking a self-starter with a strong sense of accountability. In this role, you will be instrumental in connecting cross-functional dots, promoting collaboration, and serving as a central point of communication across product teams.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:


  • Drive progress on priority workstreams by partnering with product development to help build decision-making frameworks and deliverables.
  • Communicate major milestones, upcoming deadlines, bottlenecks, and other problems to ensure successful delivery. 
  • Proactively identify gaps in the programs you are shepherding and in the overall program operations.
  • Influence without authority by building credibility and establishing relationships with stakeholders at multiple levels, from directors to individual contributors, and be able to guide decision-making and planning.

Zoom in and zoom out to see how all the moving parts should tie together, ensuring the program is on track from an execution and strategy perspective. Where there is risk, proactively identify strategies and solutions to ensure the program meets its goals.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:


  • 3+ years of related work experience
  • A creative and strategic thinker with strong problem-solving capabilities
  • Previous project/program management experience within a product organization
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and deliver results on time

The national pay range for this role is $45 - $55 per hour. Individual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience.
