Frontend Software Engineer - Growth (m/f/d) - Remote

We are looking for a Frontend software engineer to join our Product Growth team.
As part of the Product Growth team, you will build and own products, tools and customer-facing experiences which drive new user acquisition, onboarding, and retention.This is a unique role in the Engineering organisation, where you have a direct impact on Xentral’s revenue growth.

Your Tasks


  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Designers and Marketing teams to develop, ship and maintain solutions to support growth strategies
  • Implement and optimize front-end components in the Xentral software (React, TypeScript) and on our Next.JS website
  • Identify and address technical challenges, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the reliability of the software
  • Work across domains – The Product Growth team has a wide breadth of responsibility and high autonomy in what we work on and how we get it done
  • Website Tech stack: Vercel (Deployment), HyGraph (GraphQL-based headless CMS), Next.JS (FE Framework), TailwindCSS
  • Example of projects you could work on: Website components, online tools, website performance, user onboarding flows, free trial, referral loops – and more!

Your Profile


  • You’re curious, pragmatic, and your prefer fast iterations to shipping perfect code
  • You care about results and impact on the users, and strive for making things measurable
  • You possess strong technical skills: over 5 years of full stack development experience utilizing PHP, MySQL, Laravel/Symfony for backend, and Typescript, React for frontend
  • You are familiar with writing clean, thoroughly tested code, and you have experience working in an agile environment with cross-functional collaboration
  • You possess business-fluent proficiency in written and spoken English
  • (Preferred) You already worked with HyGraph (or other headless CMS), Vercel and Tailwind
