Role Overview: Quality Management Specialist
- Lead and manage quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with CMMI and ISO standards.
- Develop, implement, and monitor quality management systems and methodologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve quality processes and outcomes.
- Apply quality management methodologies and skills to improve program management capabilities across the organization.
- Conduct internal audits and facilitate external regulatory audits.
- Provide training and support to staff on quality management standards and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Define, develop, implement, and manage comprehensive quality control and improvement processes, procedures, practices, documentation templates, and library to support CMMI and ISO certified standards and practices.
- Analyze quality data and metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure all products and processes are compliant with industry standards and regulations.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in quality management standards and practices.
Skills and Experience Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, or a related field;
- 3+ years of experience in quality management roles, with in-depth knowledge of CMMI and ISO standards.
- Proficient in quality management software and tools.
- Knowledge of Project Management principles, methodologies and risk assessment abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
