We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Backend Engineer proficient in Python to join our dynamic and innovative engineering team. Responsibilities:
Backend Development:- Lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance backend systems using Python.

- Provide technical leadership in selecting appropriate technologies and tools for backend development.

Mentorship and Leadership:- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Backend Engineer with expertise in Python development.
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement scalable and maintainable systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
