Approved Transportation and Warehousing, Ltd. has an immediate opening for a qualified Data Entry Clerk to support our Accounting Team. The ideal candidate is detail oriented with 1 year of data entry in a high-volume environment.
Pay: $19.00 an hour
Schedule: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday - FridayESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collecting information from customers and clients
- Entering data into the central database
- Cataloguing the data with appropriate tags for ease of reference
- Transferring physical records into a digital filing system
- Retrieving data as requested
- Maintaining and updating the database system as necessary
- Communicating with customers/Team members
- Uploading documents into a database
REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:
- Basic accounting knowledge and excellent data entry skills required
- Strong attention to detail
- Flexibility with work schedule
- Excellent attendance
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- 1+ years’ experience in data entry
