Roles & Responsibilities:
The CDL Class A Driver is responsible for loading and transporting materials from the manufacturing plants to the job site in a safe and efficient manner.
Position Summary:
Essential Responsibilities:
- Drive a truck rated over 26,001 lb.
- Operate a dump or flat bed with the possibility of an attached forklift.
- Ensures correct loading of products onto vehicle.
- Assists with loading, safely securing and delivering factory framed cartridges from Kent St. warehouse to jobsite.
- Deliver product to various delivery locations.
- Unloads product at job site when necessary.
- Determine condition of vehicle by inspecting vehicle before and after use.
- Responsible for completing daily driver logs.
- Responsible for maintaining an updated knowledge base of DOT regulations.
- Responsible for following all DOT regulations.
- Maintains a safe vehicle and conditions and protects load by complying with organization policies and procedures and highway rules and regulations.
- Responsible for reporting any vehicle damage and repairs.
- Responsible for meeting driver MVR requirements
- Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
- Must possess a Class A CDL driver license.
- Must meet company driving record requirements.
- Must provide current Motor Vehicle Record.
- Must pass all preemployment screenings and backgrounds.
- Must provide a valid medical certificate.
Other Essential Skills/Qualifications:
- Education/Credentials: High school diploma or its equivalent preferred
- Forklift training
- 1-2 years previous experience
- Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Proven ability to apply math, writing, and language skills

- Base Salary: $28.00-$31.00 per hour (Pay is commensurate with experience, education, training, and skills)
