We have come a long way since those early days, and we’re proud to have become Alaska’s Mover of Choice, as the same care and passion that started it all is still engrained in everything we do.  We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join our team.  Duties and Responsibilities:  


  • Responsible for supervision and assignment of daily tasks for employees.  


  • Train and develop team to ensures team has the skills needed and is operating at or above standard to best support our customers and represent Royal Alaskan Movers. 


  • Prepares work schedules and ensures timecards are complete. 


  • Provides a safe and efficient operation of all warehouse functions including receiving, stocking, loading and unloading, training of employees, etc. Plans for each workday to ensure the warehouse is ready to support the day. 


  • Ensures team is compliant with federal and state required programs, safety, and operational policies and procedures.  


  • Establishes and promotes a positive and collaborative working environment. 


  • Other duties as assigned.  

Required Skills, Abilities, and Experience  


  • High School Diploma or equivalent  


  • Two years’ experience successfully managing a warehouse 


  • Previous direct supervisory and training experience 


  • Requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in the Moving / Transportation industry  


  • Must possess a valid driver’s license 


  • Ability to obtain a military base pass (company-paid)  


  • MS Office Proficiency  


  • WMS Experience  


  • Ability to successfully pass a background and drug test  


  • Hold a Class A CDL  


  • Obtain DOT Medical Card (company paid)  


  • Become driver-trained and forklift certified by our in-house driver trainer  

Physical Requirements:  


  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted
