- Reporting to the VP of Brand Strategy, the Account Director will own 6-8 key accounts within our brand portfolio while spearheading internal projects and overseeing a cohort of Team members on the Brand Strategy Team
- Responsible for revenue growth, sales performance and providing guidance on promotional calendar to our brands
- Working in Tandem with the Performance Marketing Team, monitor performance of advertising campaigns and drive activity to improve marketing KPI’s
- Manage accounts to identify improvements across content, advertising, and product assortment to reach optimal ROI
- Present monthly sales and advertising analytics to brands inclusive of annual reviews and weekly/bi-weekly touchpoints
- Track / progress towards annual revenue targets for internal sales goals
- Provide and maintain annual purchase and sales forecasts for brands
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years in a Senior Brand/Account Management role
- Strong passion and experience in the beauty category
- Amazon Seller/Vendor Central experience a must
- Self-motivated with a high attention to detail
- Must be organized and thoughtful
- Experience with analyzing data to make strategic recommendations
- MS Office Skills Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Google
- Experience with Google Analytics, Asana, Helium10, DataHawk a plus

SALARY - $90,000 - $140,000
