Mulligan Funding is seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Service Specialist to join our Customer Service Group (CSG) team. The Customer Service Group reports to our VP of Account Servicing & Collections and is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients who have recently been funded by Mulligan Funding. The main objective of this role is to ensure a positive experience for our clients and to help them achieve their financial goals.
You will:
- Conduct proactive customer service outreach to newly funded clients, introducing the customer service team and offering support as needed.
- Analyze customer financial data and credit history to assess the best course of action for debt resolution.
- Follow up with clients newly funded clients to ensure satisfaction with their experience and to address any outstanding concerns or issues.
- Assist customers in understanding their payment options and providing guidance on how to prevent future delinquencies.
- Develop personalized customer service experiences by working closely with clients to create tailored solutions to their challenges, making each client feel heard and supported.
- Maintain thorough and accurate records of all customer interactions, payment agreements, and relevant account information in the collections database.
- Assist the collections team in retrieving delinquent debts as needed.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

- Knowledge of financial products and services is a plus.

$24 - $28 an hourA reasonable estimate of the hourly range for this role is $24 to $28. With this position, there is also additional earning opportunity that will be discussed upon receiving an offer of employment.
