We are
seeking a motivated and tech-savvy Helpdesk Technician / Jr. Systems Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with Microsoft Office 365, proven experience managing internal IT systems, and a desire to learn and grow in scripting and automation. You will play a crucial role in maintainingthe stability, security, and efficiency of our IT infrastructure while providing top-tier support to end users.Key Responsibilities:
- Ticket Management: Triage, resolve, and escalate support tickets within defined SLAs, ensuring KPIs are met, across both Windows and Mac OS environments.
- User Management: Manage the onboarding and offboarding process, including purchasing and setting up hardware,configuring necessary software, syncing Mobile Device Management (MDM) systems, and managing security badge setups.
- Software & Admin Control: Administer various software platforms (e.g., O365, Slack, Zoom, etc.), ensuring proper security, functionality, and availability. Perform regular audits to reduce unnecessary software costs and maintainaccurate licensing records.
- Hardware & Equipment Management: Purchase, configure, and maintain IT-related equipment for in-office and remote employees, ensuring proper functionality and cost-efficiency.
- Cybersecurity: Collaborate with the cybersecurity team to maintain SOC2 compliance, using tools like SentinelOne to secure both Windows and Mac OS systems.
- Training & Documentation: Provide training on unfamiliar software or hardware, ensuring that staff are equipped to use company systems effectively.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements in IT processes, with the opportunity to learn and apply scripting for automating tasks.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Proven experience with Microsoft Office 365 Administration.
- Experience managing internal IT infrastructure and supporting both remote and in-office employees.
- Familiarity with Windows and Mac OS environments.
- Understanding of AAD Endpoint Management, Intune, and Apple Business Manager.
- Experience configuring and managing SSO authentication for enterprise applications
- Desire to learn and implement scripting and automation for process improvements.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Nice-to-HaveExperience:
- Hands-on experience with tools like SentinelOne, Azure Active Directory, Salesforce, Zoom, JIRA, and others.
- Scripting/automation experience including Python, PowerShell, bashor otherprogramming/scripting languages.
