Aprio is a progressive, fast-growing firm looking for an Integrations Communications Specialist to join their dynamic team.The Integrations Communications Specialist is responsible for assisting with the communications execution for newly combined firms and lateral partners into Aprio. Working closely with the firm’s integrations and communications teams, this role supports the delivery of an exceptional transition experience for newly combined firms and professionals.
The Integrations Communications Specialist will need intellectual curiosity, the ability to understand strategic direction and a willingness to lead on projects and collaborate as a member of a cross-functional team. This position also requires exceptionally strong written and verbal communication skills, with proven experience in both marketing communications and public relations. This is a hybrid role based in Atlanta, Georgia.
Responsibilities:
- This role requires a communications professional who shifts quickly between strategy and execution, and enjoys working across different communication functions, services, and markets
- Assists in multiple new office communication migrations, supporting communications for office leaders and client-facing professionals
- Executes a strong internal communications strategy surrounding change management communications which include talking points, FAQs and other various written communications as needed
- Assists in executing client and partner communications strategy
- Works closely with the public relations team to develop external announcement messaging and strategies
Skills:
- Exceptional communication, prioritization, and time management skills
- Display an effective communication sense, with proven ability to deliver high-quality, engaging, and impactful communication strategies and assets that drive business outcomes
- Experience working cross-functionally, especially across marketing, HR, finance, and IT
- Demonstrated record of successfully executing high-quality projects with independence and confidence
- Strong organizational skills; must be able to manage and prioritize multiple business objectives and projects with rigorous attention to detail and strong analytical ability
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Strong verbal and presentation skills
- Self-motivated and proactive approach, overall inclined to action
- Able to work in a very fast-paced environment
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years or more experience working in a professional services organization (accounting experience is a plus)
- Bachelor’s degree (communications, public relations, marketing, or related field of study is preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail are necessary
- Demonstrated project and time management skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities with tight deadlines under pressure in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment, are required
