About the Job
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into clear and detailed business requirements
- Analyze and document existing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization
- Work closely with product, design, and development teams to ensure alignment of business requirements with technical solutions
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support strategic decision-making and product planning
- Define and prioritize business requirements, ensuring clarity and alignment with product goals and timelines
- Prepare detailed user stories, process flows, and functional specifications to guide development teams
- Lead requirements gathering sessions, workshops, and interviews with key stakeholders
- Assist in the preparation and execution of test plans to ensure that business requirements are met
- Monitor product performance post-launch, gathering feedback and data to support continuous improvements
- Provide ongoing support for product teams and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivering regular progress reports
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the software industry
- Strong understanding of business process analysis and requirements gathering techniques
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Analytical mindset with a strong focus on data-driven decision making
- Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management software
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in the SaaS industry is a plus
- Proficiency in English (both written and verbal)
- Living in Izmir
