At Mindera, we craft software with people we love. 💛We're looking for a Solution Architect to join our team!As a Solution Architect you will lead the design and implementation of on-premise and cloud-based solutions, ensuring they meet our clients' business needs and technical requirements. This position involves significant collaboration with cross-functional teams, participation in RFP/Q responses, and a prominent role in pre-sales activities. HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT:
- Cloud Solution Architecture: Architect and oversee the deployment of scalable, secure, and resilient cloud solutions that align with client objectives and industry best practices.
- RFP/Q and Pre-Sales Leadership: Lead the technical aspects of RFP and RFQ responses, collaborating with sales and marketing teams to demonstrate our cloud capabilities. Engage in pre-sales activities, including client consultations, solution demonstrations, and technical presentations.
- Cross-Platform Expertise: Demonstrate expertise in a variety of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), leveraging the strengths of each to design optimal solutions for our clients.
- Client and Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a trusted technical advisor, understanding client needs, and delivering solutions that exceed expectations.
- Innovation and Knowledge Sharing: Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement by staying abreast of emerging cloud technologies and sharing knowledge within the team.
Requirements
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- 7+ years minimum experience in roles as Solution Architect in project with focus on fintech/banking.
- Experience in designing and implementing solutions across AZURE cloud platform (knowledge of AWS, GCP it is a plus).
- Strong background in RFP/Q processes and pre-sales engagements, with the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with blockchain, AI, and machine learning technologies as applied to fintech solutions is highly desirable.
- Proven track record in the fintech sector.
- Fluency in English.
