ARETUM, a leading government contracting company specializing in technology-enabled mission support services, is seeking an experienced and results-driven Program Manager to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing programs and activities aligned with the organization's mission and strategic goals.
- Developing new programs to support organizational objectives and managing long-term project goals.
- Managing and supervising employees across various labor categories and skill sets, ensuring the project operates within the defined scope and size.
- Demonstrating experience in managing programs within a Federal Information Technology (IT) environment.
- Communicating effectively in both oral and written forms with all levels of staff and clients, ensuring clear, consistent communication.
- Ensuring compliance with Federal security requirements relevant to the subject matter expertise.
- Leading efforts within a large, complex Information Technology environment similar in size and scope to the requirements of this contract.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role.
- At least 10 years of experience managing military community support programs.
- Strong experience managing complex Federal IT environments.
- Certifications: Current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI).
- Clearance: Active Top Secret Clearance required.
- The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional leadership, program management skills, and experience with military support programs in an IT environment.
