Accounting Clerk - Project Manager Coordinator

Our client in the Summerville area has an immediate opening for a qualified

Accounting Clerk.Compensation:$60K - $65K + BenefitsSchedule:5 days in officePosition Overview:

Process Invoices through bill.com for payment, ensuring accurate coding.
File and maintain copies of invoices that are paid via other methods than bill.com
Sync QB with bill.com daily and fix any errors that arise.
Manage Vendor relationships (W9, insurance requirements, lien waivers).
Work with Project Managers and Safety Managers to maintain site-specific safety data sheets.
Obtain and file project permits.
Assist PM with submittal of shop drawing, as-built review, and project closeout documentation.

Requirements:

Associate degree in Accounting or a related field.
2+ years of full cycle Accounts Payable.
1+ years of Bill.com experience is preferred.
Understanding of expense reports is required.
