Marketing Engineer Lead

- 3+ years of experience in engineering in the betting or social gaming industry or a related field
- Oversee management of martech stack to include MMP, retargeting tool, referral and affiliate programs
- Design and implement comprehensive dashboards to visualize KPI’s across all marketing channels
- Analyze marketing data to identify top-performing channels, partners and strategies
- Utilize predictive analytics to forecast campaign outcomes and improve targeting strategies, focusing on metrics such as ROI, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and lifetime value (LTV)
- Own website tracking and data analysis via Google Analytics and GTM
- Work with the marketing team to design and execute strategic initiatives that increase conversion rates and revenue
- Establish best practices for data management and reporting within the marketing team, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations
- Partner with other teams such as engineering, trading, UI/UX, product and customer support, to ensure alignment and integration of marketing technologies across the business
- Previous experience with venture-backed startups a plus
- Tech stack: TypeScript, NodeJS, PostgresQL, Apache Kafka
- Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field
Reporting to the CMO.Please note there will be a 3-month probation period for this position.The annual salary range for this position is $90,000 - $140,000. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
