- Provide front-line support and service to all WMT partners
- Work with partners to create engaging digital content
- Monitor WMT communication channels and respond promptly to issues and inquiries
- Maintain project tracking software to ensure smooth workflow and communication between departments
- Provide live event support to partners, quickly responding to and troubleshooting issues, along with proactively ensuring partner platforms are accurate and up-to-date
- Assist in crafting platform and product documentation and tutorials for both internal and external use
- Ensure regular platform and new product training sessions are offered to partners as desired
- Escalate unresolved issues to managers, account leads and engineers
WE'D LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU HAVE…
- A Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience with digital platforms such as Websites, Mobile Applications (iOS and Android), OTT Applications, Audio & Video Streaming, Digital Marketing, etc.
- An understanding of digital content and distribution strategies
- Experience using Slack, Jira, Confluence, Excel, and Google’s workflow platforms
- Familiarity with the Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience in customer service, with a focus on troubleshooting and/or technical support
- A fundamental understanding of topics such as coding languages and API/SDK documentation
- Prior work experience in collegiate or professional sports industries
- Baseline understanding of digital design and digital marketing
- Experience working remotely
- Availability to work occasional nights / weekends
