Symplicity’s Student Success Consultant is responsible for driving the continued adoption of the UniHub/CareerHub application across Symplicty’s customer base closely engaging with broad sets of university teams and stakeholders to uncover challenges & implement solutions that will enhance student success & drive business process improvement.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate client workshops to elicit requirements & share exemplary practices.
- Document client projects as input to discovery report / solution proposals.
- Take the lead and/or support in the delivery of client projects.
- Facilitate packaged / bespoke training programs for clients.
- Provide functional client support / consultation where required.
- Lead webinars & various client community campaigns.
- Maintain a demonstration site for the purpose of sharing exemplary client practices.
- Nurture new sales leads for warm handover to the sales team.
- Other duties as required from time to time.
Requirements
- A minimum of two years experience working closely with colleges and universities.
- A minimum of two years of experience facilitating trainings.
- In-depth knowledge of college and university ecosystems.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and technical acumen.
- Consultative approach to engaging clients and proven track record of delivering successful client outcomes.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
