Systems Engineer I/II


(This is a remote position open to applicants residing in TX, CO, NM, AZ or KS)

Job Description


As a Systems Engineer, you will perform complex configuration and troubleshooting to software or equipment following design or installation specifications and best practices. You will aid in the development and deployment of enterprise-level solutions for client technology systems that include cloud, on-premise, colocation, and hosted environments. Systems Engineers implement hardware and software solutions within project plans and deliverables and offer solutions with long-term stability. You will plan and provide structured outlines for the implementation or changing of client networks or workflows.We are focused on teamwork, and technical documentation of client solutions and changes from receipt through resolution and follow-up is key to our success for other engineers to use in troubleshooting.

You will ensure that incidents and project tickets are filled out according to company standard and time is entered accurately. The ideal candidate is able to organize their personal workload to achieve goals and complete projects assigned within a designated timeframe and will escalate issues where appropriate.This position participates in an after-hours, on-call rotation to provide support for emergency client issues.

Requirements  



  • 3+ years related experience.


  • Develop, deploy and/or troubleshoot complex infrastructure implementations both on premise and in the cloud.  


  • Develop clear and concise technical documentation and deliverables.  


  • Ability to interact and communicate professionally with client executives. 

  • Keen ability to problem solve and logically plan.

  • All positions require the successful completion of a criminal background check, and further background checks if the position involves access to sensitive information or secure facilities.

Salary Range


$60,000- $75,000 (Exempt)
