School Social Worker
AnthroMed Education is a dedicated and local provider that works closely with pre-K-12th grade schools in Illinois to provide school-based Special Education services, including Social Work. This district has multiple openings.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Provide therapy to students who may have emotional disturbance and/or behavior concerns.
- Work alongside a supportive, collaborative team.
- Partner with parents/guardians, staff, and administration to support the needs of students.
- Assess, identify, and provide clinical interventions to students with emotional, social, attendance, and/or behavioral concerns within the general education population.
- Perform consultations with classroom teachers and be a resource for school site personnel on mental health and social/emotional issues that may affect classroom performance.
- More duties as assigned.
SCHOOL SOCIAL WORKER REQUIREMENTS:
- A Master’s Degree in School Social Work (MSW) is required.
- Professional Educator License (PEL) with School Social Worker endorsement is required.
- Dependable, flexible, and dedicated to supporting the social-emotional and educational needs of students.
