As part of our commitment to providing an exceptional customer experience, we are seeking a talented Product Analyst to join our dynamic Operations team. JOB SUMMARY:  The Pivot Product Analyst is responsible for the development, implementation, and ongoing management of insurance products to meet our customer’s healthcare needs.

This role involves navigating complex regulatory requirements, delivering key milestones for important product initiatives, and maintaining detailed documentation. The analyst will use product and project management tools to manage workflows, configure new products, and ensure thorough testing. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are crucial for success in this fast-paced position.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


Product Development and Management:


Support launch and maintenance of insurance products, through configuration, documentation, and testingMaintain and organize current policy documents Adhere to state and carrier regulations, collaborating with internal and external compliance teamsCollaborate with tech teams to maintain and improve the product development processDevelop new processes as needed to efficiently manage the product cycle 

Reporting and Documentation:


Maintain transparency of product status with stakeholders, by leveraging tools like JIRA and ExcelMaintain detailed records for product configurations and updatesEnsure comprehensive documentation of processes and changes

Projects: 


Lead product workstreams for large initiatives, ensuring key milestones are metParticipate in project meetings and special assignmentsAdhere to compliance requirements in all product-related activities

REQUIREMENTS:
