Provides aviation services at various airports in the US: Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Orlando, Virginia, and Atlanta. MGS has immediate openings for Customer Service Agent at Dulles International Airport. 

Pay Rate: $15.25 to $16.00 per hour            Status: Full Time or Part Time

Objective and Essential Duties:


Provide various services such as wheelchair, security, and porter services. Exhibiting exceptional customer service and communication skills. Ensure the safety of property and people

  • Provide wheelchair services ensuring that all security procedures are met.  
  • Prevents losses and damage by reporting irregularities to the supervisor.
  • Maintain the wheelchairs in good condition and report the ones that need to be fixed.
  • Collect wheelchairs from terminals and parking lots.
  • Provide security at different areas (such as door, ramp, catering, bag room)
  • Performs all other duties as assigned by management.
  •  Porters will stand behind the airline counter awaiting baggage. They will aid the passenger service agent or airline employees in weighing the bags, adding a bag tag, and placing bags onto the baggage 
    belt. Will make sure no bags are left behind at the counter.

SHIFTS:


PM and Overnight shifts

Education:


  • High school diploma or GED

Requirements:


  • Must exhibit exceptional customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • As a condition of employment, employee must successfully complete a background investigatio
  • Must be able to read, write and speak English 
  • Maintain a relationship with both employees and clients.
  • Must be able to handle pressure of working with high volume general public (constantly to occasionally depending on assignment)
  • Ability to bend, push, and lift up to 70 pounds on a regular basis in order to perform the essential functions of the job.
  • Must be eligible for CBP seal and pass the criminal background check to obtain the airport ID.
  • Must be at least 18 years old

Environmental Requirements:


  • Works non standard work hours, evenings, weekends, holidays.
