About the Role


The Revenue Operations Analyst plays a key role in analyzing revenue data, optimizing processes, and supporting GTM teams. This role requires a solid understanding of revenue processes and data management, with opportunities to delve deeper into strategic initiatives and process improvements.The Revenue Operations Analyst reports directly to the Director of Revenue Operations.

What You’ll Do


  • Conduct detailed analysis of revenue and sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collect, analyze, evaluate, and report sales data to increase sales productivity
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards that track performance metrics and key business indicators (KPIs).
  • Assist in generating actionable insights and provide sales strategies and direction regarding sales patterns and trends.
  • Work on projects to streamline workflows and improve efficiency within the revenue operations function for better reporting and insights.
  • Collaborate with teams to implement best practices and optimize the use of CRM and other revenue tools.
  • Communicate sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance tracking.
  • Assist in the design and execution of sales compensation plans and incentive programs.
  • Provide analytical support to the sales team to enhance performance and achieve revenue targets.
  • Prepare and present findings and recommendations to stakeholders and management.

What You Bring


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, finance, or a related role.
  • Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce) and reporting tools (Excel, Tableau, PowerBI) is preferred.
  • Ability to function independently with a high degree of accuracy and accountability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and visualization tools.
  • Motivated and proactive with a willingness to take on new challenges
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
