Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Engineering Manager to lead a talented team of 25 engineers at our fast-growing Series A startup. As an integral part of the leadership team, you will drive the development and execution of our product vision, overseeing the end-to-end delivery of key projects while ensuring the team’s technical growth and well-being. This is a high-impact role with the opportunity to shape the future of our engineering culture and products.
What You'll Do
Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of 25 engineers across various disciplines to achieve product and engineering excellence.
Collaborate closely with product management, design, and other departments to align engineering efforts with business goals and product vision.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and accountability, while supporting engineers in their career development.
Own the technical roadmap, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of key milestones.
Identify and mitigate technical risks, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance of the systems being built.
Implement and maintain engineering best practices, including code reviews, testing, CI/CD, and documentation.
Collaborate on hiring strategies to grow the engineering team as the company scales.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience (5+ years) in engineering leadership roles, managing teams of at least 10 engineers in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
Strong technical background with hands-on experience in software development and system architecture, ideally with modern web technologies.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with a track record of developing and mentoring high-performing teams.
Ability to balance technical excellence with pragmatic, business-driven decisions.
Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and at all levels of the organization.
Passion for innovation and building products that solve real-world problems.
