a fully distributed team, you'll work from the comfort of your own home or office.We're looking for a customer support agent who can take a holistic approach to troubleshooting, considering all aspects of the issue, including technical, business, and customer needsIf you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and have a knack for troubleshooting, we'd love to hear from you!
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handle all inbound and some outbound client communications through support tickets
- Prioritize and effectively troubleshoot customer issues with a sense of urgency, empathy, and accuracy.
- Become knowledgeable on all items surrounding POWr billing, POWR plugins, and their place in each of our supported website building partners
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with product updates and new features to provide accurate and timely support
Applicant Requirements:
- Available for 8 hours, 5 days a week including:
- 12pm -8pm EST
- Saturday coverage
- Experience with supporting customers using Zendesk, Help Scout, or another help desk.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Device Requirement: Reliable laptop or desktop computer and internet connection
- Previous experience building websites with Shopify and Wix preferred.
- Monthly Rate: $900 USD
Nice to Haves:
- Familiarity with website building platforms such as Shopify and Wix preferred
- Chat experience or willing to learn
