The Intake Coordinator oversees the team's queue and emails, ensures the quality control of audio and video content, and centralizes it in the global intake system for the team to work on. This role involves providing feedback to pertinent departments, offering scheduling assistance and guidance to other operational teams, performing additional duties, responsibilities, and special projects as assigned, and responding to customers to ensure the department communication SLA is met. Duties will include but not be limited to:● Oversee the team's queue and manage incoming emails.● Ensure quality control of audio and video content, centralizing it within the global intake system.● Provide feedback to relevant departments to maintain high standards of content.● Offer scheduling assistance and operational guidance to other teams.● Perform additional duties, responsibilities, and special projects as assigned.● Respond to customer inquiries, ensuring the communication SLA is met.● Provide exceptional customer service, addressing and resolving customer concerns effectively and efficiently.Qualifications?● Fluent proficiency in English, both verbal and written.● Proven proficiency in utilizing G-Suite applications, MS Office, and various project management software.● Excellent teamwork skills for effective communication with cross-functional teams.● Attention to detail, responsibility, and organizational skills.● Demonstrated experience in a customer service role, with a focus on effective communication and problem resolution.Hard Skills● Proven proficiency in utilizing Content Management Tools● Proficient in Data Analytics for informed decision-makingSoft Skills:● Capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.● Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with team members and customers.● Ability to manage time effectively to meet deadlines and handle multiple responsibilities.● Collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.● Ensuring high standards of quality and accuracy in all tasks.● Focused on providing excellent service and meeting customer needs effectively.We reach more than 150 million consumers each day through more than 500,000 subscriber locations in 100+ countries around the globe.
