Join our team and make a meaningful impact from our Denver hub.POSITION SUMMARYAdAction is seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) with a passion for both sales and marketing initiatives. In this role, the SDR will not only prospect and generate quality leads but also collaborate closely with our growth team on content creation and messaging development. We’re looking for a creative problem solver who can think outside the box, has experience using digital tools such as HubSpot, AI, and Canva, and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.This role offers a unique opportunity to gain experience across both sales and marketing, making a measurable impact on our business.

Ideal candidates will be highly organized, effective communicators, and eager to grow their careers. While not required, a basic understanding of mobile apps and gaming is helpful.RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Identify and qualify key prospects through research and outreach.

  • Collaborate with marketing to develop creative content and messaging strategies for campaigns.

  • Utilize tools like HubSpot for CRM management, AI for lead qualification, and Canva for content creation.

  • Coordinate and schedule discovery calls with potential clients.

  • Research and identify additional lead sources and industry trends.

  • Assist in managing and updating CRM records, including contacts, documents, reports, and opportunities.

  • Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and other internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on key initiatives.

  • Support the development of sales collateral and outreach strategies to optimize lead generation efforts.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS


  • 1+ years of experience in a fast-paced Sales and/or Marketing environment.

  • Experience with tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot (or similar CRM), and  AI for lead generation/qualification, and Canva for content creation.

  • Experience in creative marketing collaboration, including content and messaging development.

  • Effective organization and project management skills.

  • Highly effective written and verbal communicator.

  • Experience prospecting or qualifying leads, with strong attention to detail.

  • Experience in the tech industry is preferred.

Annual Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000 +commission/bonus*Compensation will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the applicant.AdAction is aware of scams targeting job seekers with fake roles.
