Job Requirements1. Call center supervisory experience required.2. Experience managing remote employees a plus.3. Experience in customer service call center/helpdesk is essential.4. Knowledge of performance evaluation procedures including SLA, KPI, and other performance metrics.5. Excellent organizational and leadership skills.6. Proficiency with technology, especially computers, software applications, and phone systems.7. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.8. Strong understanding of company policies and services.9. Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure and navigate tense situations, especially during busy hours.10. Strong coaching and peopledevelopment skills through call listening, quality feedback, etc.
