PharmaCann, Inc. owns and operates best-in-class production facilities and retail dispensaries for cannabis-based products. We currently operate in the States of Illinois, New York, Massachusetts, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Colorado and Michigan as a medical and/or adult use cannabis provider to patients and customers. Under the direct supervision of the SC Warehouse Manager, the Warehouse Technician manager is responsible for assisting in the shipping and receiving functions at our Hamptonburgh and Newburgh facilities for any medicated and non-medicated products. This position interfaces with internal & external customers and suppliers regularly and proactively to source goods and materials. Collaborates with the Supply Chain team, creates replenishment requests, and prepares purchase orders.Pay rate: $20/hour
Duties and responsibilities or (Essential Functions)
- Receive, inspect, and store all warehouse products
- Pull supplies from inventory and prepare them for delivery
- Fill orders for supplies and equipment as approved
- Maintain weekly inventory reconciliation in the internal inventory tracking system
- Maintain the warehouse in a neat and orderly fashion
- Demonstrate the ability to count and inspect finished goods every week
- Perform cycle counting responsibilities
- Utilize and become proficient with warehouse management systems (NAV, bio track)
- Receive and check inbound goods for accuracy and place them in the proper location
- Data Entry of inventory, inbound/outbound orders
- Verify manifests agree with label wording and amounts for packaged inventory.
- Package product from shipping ticket generation
- Count and inspect finished goods every week
- Pick product from pick tickets generated from the product availability sheet
- Verify amounts of product are correct
- Prepare, pack, label, and shrink-band products for shipment
- Check manifests inventory against label wording and amounts
- Maximize the effectiveness of space
- Check product in vault and coordinate with courier team for delivery
- Provide coverage in the processing and cultivation departments, as business needs require
- Projects a positive image of the organization to employees, customers, industry, and community
- Embodies the culture, values, and tenets of PharmaCann and fully supports our purpose, goal, and key objectives
- This position will back up the Courier position as required
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or G.E.D minimum
- State law requires that applicants be 21 years old to work for a cultivation center.
- One (1) to three (3) years of manufacturing and packaging experience with a focus of ensuring product safety, consumer safety and satisfaction, and high product quality.

- Strong work ethic
- Willingness to learn and improve each operation.
- A valid driver’s license and a good driving record
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks for long periods of time (i.e., preparing products for packaging, packaging products, and regular inventory)
- Forklift certified preferred.
