Job Responsibility:

－To be responsible for Assembly Backend -Chemical and Singulation Equipment.－PM SOP definition, SOP compliance.－Productivity improvement.－Machine OU improvement, machine standardization.－Machine trouble shooting and SAE training.－Spare parts management, cost reduction.－Project handling (Zero particle/ Automation).

Qualification:

－Bachelor degree and above. Major in Mechanical and Automation Engineering related fields.－Working experience less than 2 years, or no industry experience.－Proficient English communication skills.－Familiar with AUTOCAD.－Having experience with package sawing and singulation is a plus.－Factory automation related experience is preferred.More information about NXP in Greater China...
